Quotes and pricing

Every job is quoted individually. The price depends on the lock, the door, the hardware you choose, and the time and complexity of the work. We quote before work begins, and the quoted price is what you approve before we start. Nothing on this website is a fixed price offer for your specific job.

Response and arrival

We dispatch 24/7 and aim for rapid response, but arrival time depends on traffic, weather, technician availability, and your exact location. We give you a realistic expectation on the phone; we do not promise a specific arrival minute.

Manufacturer warranties

Hardware we install (for example Mul-T-Lock, Medeco, Schlage, Yale) is covered by the manufacturer's own warranty, under the manufacturer's terms. We can tell you what a specific product's warranty covers before you choose it.

To the extent permitted by New York law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our responsibility for a job is limited to the amount paid for that job.
