Can you work around our showroom’s appointment schedule?
Yes — early-morning and evening commercial appointments are routine for us in the Garment District. Tell the dispatcher your appointment block and freight elevator rules and we will schedule around them.
I bought a unit in a new tower — should I rekey even though the keys came sealed?
It is worth considering. During construction and sales, keys to your unit passed through developer, contractor and sales-office hands. A rekey repins the lock so only your keys work — inexpensive peace of mind on day one.
